The insulating tape of thermal contraction
1.Description
This type of tape is made from a special
compound fiber of thermal contraction. After binding and dried at 105¡æ
for 10 minutes, it will be shrunk to 70%,which is good at a solid binding
and at a compatibility with transformers. In this way, it will be utilized
in the transformer oil at 105¡æ for a long time.
2.Usage
For the insulating binding materials in electric motor, transformer, auxiliary appliance, etc.
3.Note
(1) Because of a good contraction, this type of tape will be fixed completely when being bound so as to avoid any drop after a thermal shrinkage.
(2) This type of tape will be contracted after the first process. In case of the second contraction, the process temperature will be gone up to 160¡æ-200¡æ.
