7030 Electrical Purpose non-woven fabric is made from 100% short polyester fiber, is produced by advanced thermobonding calender. It shows high-resistance, excellent impregnating properties and dielectrical properties. It is suitable for cable wrapping tape,electrical laminated products. It can be used in producing DMD、DM and DMDM combired materials with polyester film, and other combired materials.

The norminal thickness of 0.03mm,0.05mm,0.07mm,0.10mm,0.13mm and 0.15mm together with norminal width of 1020mm is available. what’s more ,the maximum thickness of 0.25mm together with maximum width of 2100mm can be even provided upon agreement.

D711 Easy-impregnated polyester fiber non-woven fabric for electric purposes, which is made from sort Polyeester fibre with high strength and low extention as its raw materials is obtained by aerodynamic web-forming and thermo-bonding calender.

It shows uniform porosity, low apparent density, It offers good impregnating propesties. It is suitable for basic materials of laminated products, layer insulation in high-pressure coils of dry-type electric transformers, wrapping insulating and liner insulation in coils of elecical machines and appliances.

Pockaging and storage

   The product is packaged with internal plastic film and external polypropylene bales.Each role of 7030 weighs 100 kg,of D711 weighs 80kg.

   No-woven fabric should be stored in clean and dry warehouse at room temperature of lower than 40℃,away from fire and sunlight.The storage life is one year.
