6632 Polyester film /polyester fibre non-woven fabric flexible laminate is a two-layer flexible laminate in which a polyester fibre non-woven (D) is bonded to a polyester film (M) by adhesive with good cohesiveness and consistency.

As per GB 5591.1-1985

1.2  Dimension

Nominal width: 1000mm       Nominal weight: 50kg±5kg

The splices should be no more than 4 in one roll.

2  Testing methods

The properties of Form 1 are as per GB 5591.2-1985

3  Inspection, marks, package, transportation and storage

3.1  Inspection items are as per Clause 1.1, 1.2, and Item 2、4、6、7 in Form 2.

3.2  The other items are as per GB 5591.1-1985.

4  Remarks

This product has excellent mechanical property, dielectric property and heat-resistance.  It is suitable for slot insulation, interphase insulation and liner insulation in electric motor and electric apparatus. It is B-class insulating material. Its properties are similar with DMDM, so it is a substitute of DMDM.
