Polyimide film/polyaramid fibre paper flexible laminate (NHN) is a three-layer flexible laminate in which polyimide film(H) is bonded to two sides of polyaramid fibre paper(N).

1.2   General requirements

   As per chapter 2 in GB 5591.1

1.3 Dimensions

Width: No less than 400mm       Nominal weight: 10~40kg

The splices should be no more than 2 when the weight is no more than 20 kg, and the splices should be no more than 4 when the weight is above 20 kg.

2   Testing methods

Temperature index is as per JB 3730. The other items are as per GB 5591.2-85.

3  Inspection, marks, package, transportation and storage

3.1  Inspection items are as per Clause 1.2, 1.3 and Item 2,4,6,7 of Form 2 in Clause 1.4.

3.2  The other items are as per GB 5591.1-1985

4  Remarks

     This product is the highest level insulating material. It has excellent heat-resistance,    electrical property and mechanical property. It is suitable for slot insulation, interphase insulation and liner insulation in Class H electrical motors and electrical apparatus. It can also be used in the special position of Class B/F electric motor and electric apparatus.
