This product has good dielectrical and high mechanical properties.
1、Technical requirements
1.1 Appearance
The film is supplied in reel form. Its surface should be flat and smooth. The film should be free of defects such as creases, laceration, dents, bubbles, holes, and contaminations. Edges of rolls should show clean cuts.
1.2 Thickness and tolerance
Recommended nominal thickness is as follows:
25μm、50μm、75μm、100μm、125μm、150μm、188μm、200μm、250μm、300μm、350μm。
Special requirements for thickness can be settled upon negotiation.
≤100μm Tolerance ±5%
100μm~300μm Tolerance ±4%
300μm~350μm Tolerance ±6%
1.3 Diameter, width and deviation
Nominal width: 500mm & 1000mm
Special requirements for width can be settled upon negotiation. The film can be supplied in tape. The deviation of diameter and width is as shown in Form 1:
