6011/6012/6013 Polypropylene Film
for Power Capacitors
Standard No.: GB/T12802—1996
Polypropylene film for power capacitors is made from isotactic polypropylene resin which is melt and extruded into thick wall tube, the thick wall tube must be biaxially oriented and inflated.
6011 is one kind of slippery and transparent film (SB)
6012 is one kind of one side-roughed film (RB)
6013 is one kind of two side-roughed film (RRB)
The film has good mechanical and electrical properties, low dielectric dispassion factor, excellent high frequency characteristics.
1 Technical requirements
1.1 Appearance
The surface of the film should be smooth, the film should be free of defects such as creases, laceration, bubbles, dents and contaminations.

1.2.1.1 Thickness
Nominal thickness: 10.5μm、12μm、14μm、15μm、16μm、17μm、18μm、19.5μm.
Other specifications can be settled upon negotiation between sellers and buyers.

1.2.3 Length or outside diameter of roll and splices
Length of film or outside diameter of roll can be settled upon negotiation between sellers and buyers. There should be obvious marks at the place of splice. When the width of film is more than 50 mm, the splices and minimum length of every roll are as shown in Form 3. Recommended inside diameter is 76.152mm.
