1 Technical requirements
1.1 Appearance
This film is supplied in reel or tape form. Its surface should be flat and smooth. The film should be free of defects such as creases, laceration, dents, bubbles, holes and contaminations. Edges of rolls must show clean cuts.
No more than 4 spots for each 1000mm width in reel form.
1.2 Thickness and tolerance
36μm、40μm、45μm、50μm、55μm、75μm、100μm、125μm、150μm、188μm、250μm。
Special requirements for thickness can be settled upon negotiation between sellers and buyers.
Recommended nominal thickness is as follows: 36μm、40μm、45μm、50μm、55μm、75μm、100μm、125μm、150μm、188μm、250μm.
Nominal thickness: ≤100μm Thickness tolerance: ±5%
Nominal thickness: >100μm Thickness tolerance: ±4%
1.3 Diameter, width and deviation
Specification of diameter and width can be settled upon negotiation between sellers and buyers. The deviation of diameter and width is as shown in Form 1
