6023 Flame-resistive Polyester Film

Standard No.: Q/DJ11-106-2000

6023 is biaxially oriented polyethelene terephthalate(PET) flame-resistive film.

6023    has good electrical insulating property, mechanical property, dimensional stability and flame resistance

1 Technical requirements

1.1 Appearance

The film is supplied in roll form. Its surface should be flat and smooth. The film should be free of defects such as creases, laceration, dents, bubbles, holes, and contaminations. Edges of tapes must show clean cuts.

1.2  Film roll, core

As per Item 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 of GB/T 13542-1992.

1.3   Dimension

1.3.1  Thickness and tolerance

50μm 、75μm 、100μm、125μm、150μm、188μm、200μm、250μm。

Special requirements for thickness can be settled upon negotiation between sellers and buyers.

Recommended nominal thickness is as follows: 50μm 、75μm 、100μm、125μm、150μm、188μm、200μm、250μm.

Nominal thickness: ≤100μm     Thickness tolerance: ±5%

Nominal thickness: >100μm     Thickness tolerance: ±4%

1.3.2  Splices and minimum length

Usually the splices and minimum length are as shown in Form 1.
