DG10 is biaxially oriented polyethelene terephthalate(PET) film.

DG10 has high mechanical property, lower shrinkage, even thickness tolerance, flat and smooth surface, good transparence and low hazy value.

1 Technical requirements

1.1 Appearance

The film should be free of defects such as creases, laceration, dents, bubbles, holes and contaminations. Its surface should be flat and smooth. Free of wrinkled edges, waved cuts.

1.2 Thickness and tolerance

The range of the film thickness : 75μm～188μm.

Recommended nominal thickness: 100μm、175μm

Thickness tolerance: ±3%

2 Testing methods

2.1 Shrinkage

The period of treatment is 30min, and the temperature of treatment is 150℃±2℃.

Other items are as per GB/T13541-1992.

2.2 Haze

The data tested by WGT-S transmitting haze ananper is used as the final result.

2.3 Other items are as per Q/DJ₁₁-111-2001.

3 Inspection, marks, package, transportation and storage

3.1 The product with the same operators, type and specification is defined as a batch.

3.2 Inspection items are as per Clause 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3.

3.3 Storage life: 18 months from the date of dispatch

3.4 Other items are as per GB13950-1992

4 Remarks

4.1 The film is used in the sensitive and printing fields, such as laser photo, darkroom copy piece and printing plate piece, etc.

4.2 Crash and rolling are strictly prohibited while being used. Do not place the product on the hard object directly.
