DE10 is biaxially oriented polyethelene terephthalate(PET) film.
DE10 has good dielectrical, electrical insulating and high mechanical properties.
1 Technical requirements
1.1 Appearance
This film is supplied in reel or tape form. Its surface should be flat and smooth. The film should be free of defects such as creases, laceration, dents, bubbles, holes and contaminations. Edges of rolls must show clean cuts.
1.2 Thickness and tolerance
The range of recommended thickness is 25μm～150μm. Thickness tolerance: ±5%.
1.3 Diameter, width and deviation
The diameter and width can be settled upon negotiation between sellers and buyers, the deviation of diameter and width is as shown in Form 1

1.4 Splices and minimum length
The splices and minimum length can be settled upon negotiation between sellers and buyers. There is no splice without negotiation.

2 Testing methods
As per GB13950-1992
3 Inspection, marks, package, transportation and storage
3.1 The product with the operators, process condition and specifications is defined as a batch.
3.2 Inspecting items are as per Clause 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and Item 1, 2, 3, 4 of Clause 1.5.
3.3 Storage life: 18months from the date of dispatch.
3.4 Other items are as per GB13950-1992.
4 Remarks
4.1 This product is suitable for electrical insulation, such as the insulation of communication cable and the wrapping insulation for cables.
4.2 Avoid creases, scratches, contamination of dust and oil while being slit
