   This plant is an air-separation plant for production of oxygen and nitrogen,with a reciprocating expander or expansion turbine,using medium pressure in process.The air is liquified by the cryogenic process,then the liquified air separated into oxygen and nitrogen after two times of rectifications in the rectifiction column by means of boiling point different of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen. The oxygen is compressed by oxygen compressor,then fill cylinders by oxygen filling device,the nitrogen is run-off by the pipeline, ready to users.

   The purify of air in this plant is adopted molecular sieve absorption with medium pressure ambient temperature,the moisture ,carbon dioxide and acetylene are removed by absorption of molecular sieve.
