USE:

The model Two –speed Hand Coiling machine is suitable for use in the industry of electrical equipment to produce coils for power transfromers, relays, radio sets and various kinds of levelly-wound coils,etc.

MECHANISM AND ITS PRINCIPLE:

   The machine is driven by means of the handle and through the middle gear turns the central screw and sets the two worm gears in motion and as a resuit the differential between servies to show the desired turns.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION:

1. It is not until the hands point to the numeric character 0 at the same time that the machine can be started.

2. The machine has to stop working if and when the speed is to be changed. Speed change is effected by having the spring on the gear shaft behind the body vacillate now to the right, now to the left.
