Automatically stopped Oiler

The TD20-A Automatically Stopped Oiler is able to stop its operation automatically when the tank been oiled filled up so as to keep the filling place clean and the air not polluted.

µ        Open the case to start installing.

µ        Connect the oiler to the hose with the help of wrench.

µ        If the join to the holes is of a taper thread, paste a little sealing glue when connecting to the oiler.(Do not use any sealing nelt ) If it is of a straight use an O-shaper washer, free of any sealing glue.

4.       Operation

µ        There is three-ranked seitch on the handle of the oiler for controlling the discharge.

µ        When oiling, if the air hole is closed with oil foam and it makes the oiler stop operation, wait a no ment until the oil foam disappears.

µ        No holding the sewithch by hand to contol dis charge but use the fixing spring.

5. Maintenance.

µ        Be sure the air hole is not closed with dirty.

µ        Keep the oiler well after use.

µ        Lubrication is not required.
